Private Lessons

Private Yoga Lessons are available upon request.
Private lessons are for one student specific to help them meet a goal. First we will discuss your specific goals and see which teacher is best suited based on your schedule and educational need. Call Randy (Randysayoga@gmail.com) to get started.  We look forward to helping you reach your specific goals!

Semi-Private Classes: If you have a committed group of 5 or more people we will schedule a class when you are available!

David, Randy offer the option of private lessons to work one to one with students.  This allows us to help you meet specific needs and or goals related to yoga, stress management and meditation. A class embodies beginners, Restorative and Stress release, Asana, Pranayamic breathing and aspects of meditation specifically designed to join the physical and mental aspects of Asana and Pranayam.  This type of class is for the brand new beginner or a student wanting to deepen their current practice.


Preregistration criteria for ALL classes:

Avoid eating heavy food 2-3 hours before the class, fruits, yogurt or light snacks can be eaten an hour before the class. Please drink at least half liter of water half an hour before the class and keep yourself hydrated during the day. Avoid alcohol before and after the class.  Dress in light exercise clothes that are comfortable and bring a Yoga mat (or use one of ours) and a bottle of water.

Consult your doctor/physician and ensure you are fit for Asana and Pranayam.  If you are suffering from any medical condition please let instructor know before the class. You should not attend this class if you are suffering from any of the symptoms of Cold, flu, fever, runny nose or condition that needs medical attention or doctor has advised you not to do asana/exercise.
